First Indoor Tri Workout

Today we headed to the gym with a new routine circuit training in hand ready to get this party started.  It was a basic circuit workout using the row machine, treadmill, bike, and stair master.

The first circuit included 3 minute row, 6 minute run, 6 minute bike, and 3 minutes stairs.  Then a quick drink and 2 minute row, 4 minute run, 4 minute bike, and 2 minute stairs.  The second time I increased the intensity as the time went down.  This went on for a total of 3 cycles.  I felt amazing, sweat was pouring.  Next Saturday we are going to add one more circuit and go back up the first time cycle of 3, 6, 6, 3.

We are registering for the lifetime fitness indoor on February 26th.  I'm pumped and very excited....
