#Plankaday 'in all the way to Success!

It all started on twitter.  Occasionally a fellow tweeter would post something with the hash tag of PlankaDay, but I didn't pay much attention to it the first few times I saw it.  Eventually I clicked on it to search and see what it was all about.  This was about the end of December.  I went to the blog and read about it and thought, "Hey I can do this!"

January 1st I started my twitter abdominal quest to plank once a day everyday for.....a year or at this point forever!

It started about 45 seconds to 1 minute per day planks and I have worked up to a personal best of 2:15 today.  Feels good to have made that much improvement in about a month and a half.  I can't wait to see where I am at the end of the year.  My abs are starting to get rock solid and people are starting to ask me questions about how awesome my planks are at the gym.....

Just a little motivation to tweet #plankday and your time per day really has me hooked.
