Heading into this week of training my legs were a bit heavy and tired, but after yesterday's 7 miler I have a fresh new outlook. I'm not sure why, but today I woke up and felt like I didn't even run yesterday! I feel great and I'm very excited about this week. I will be participating in my first Duathlon, 2 mile trail run, 14 mile bike ride, and another 2 mile train run. I'm excited and nervous!
