Just got an email that made me cry.....I need to brush it off...but still I do what I can.....

Life is what you make of it....

Cubbiegirl: I am a 34 year old teacher who decided that life is too short to sit around and wait for things to happen. My life is now 100 times more active than it use to be. I had always been active but my weight and fitness level has gone up and down over the past 10 years. I joined a gym, started running races, got more serious about making time for being active, and now life is even more amazing! Many things are responsible for my transformation......my husband, couch to five k, body for life challenge, anytime fitness, Hal Higdon, all the people who laugh when I tell them what my next goal is, and all the people who encourage, inspire, and make me smile.
